The belt shape is first cut using a metal die, after which a stamping mold is used to imprint a carp streamer (koinobori) motif. Once dyed, a final rubbing process is applied to add further depth and character to the surface.

Through this process, the belt gains a gently aged, used-in appearance on its surface alone. As it is worn over time and real signs of use gradually emerge on the leather itself, one can only imagine what kind of expression it will come to show.

That transformation can be witnessed only by you—the one who uses it, lives with it, and watches over its passage through five, ten years.

With a solid thickness of approximately 4mm, the belt is durable and built to last. The longer it is used, the more attachment it inspires, making you want to cherish it even more. This new item embodies KOROMO’s dedication to creating things meant to be loved over time.

The belt is available in a single size, made slightly longer. For those who require a smaller waist size, we also offer a complimentary hole-punching service.
