This stole is made from a traditional Kameda-jima “chijimi” crepe fabric, woven in Kameda-go, Niigata Prefecture.

With its distinctive crinkled texture and a slightly crisp hand, it naturally creates a sense of volume when wrapped.
As you wear it over time, the fabric gradually softens, allowing you to enjoy the way its character evolves.

Beneath cherry blossoms in full bloom, catfish gather together in a relaxed scene, as if they were enjoying a spring hanami.

By pairing the beloved catfish motif—cherished in Japan for generations—with springtime sakura, this piece carries a gentle charm that is sure to bring a smile.
