The collection includes three patterns in total, featuring two versions of the popular “Nitamono-doshi” design alongside the “Tako Karakusa” motif.
Each offers its own distinct character and expression.
The checker-pattern sashiko fabric is created using indigo threads dyed in varying intensities, allowing the gradation of blue tones to emerge naturally through the weave.
In addition, the tote bag features a reversible design that can be enjoyed on either side.
While the outer patterned side makes a striking statement, the inner checker-pattern side can also be turned outward for a different look.
One of its unique charms is the ability to change its appearance freely to suit your outfit or mood for the day.
Please note:
Both the outer and inner fabrics of this tote bag are made from indigo-dyed sashiko fabric. Due to the nature of indigo dyeing, color transfer and fading may occur.
Color may transfer to other items due to friction or moisture such as rain or perspiration, especially when carried on the shoulder. There is also a possibility of color transfer to handkerchiefs, wallets, or small items placed inside the bag. We recommend using an inner bag for protection.
Coordinating with darker or similarly colored clothing is recommended. When washing, please hand wash separately.
