There is a folk song from the 1970s that shares its name with this flower.
Whenever I saw this small, delicate blossom swaying quietly in the wind, the melancholy melody of that song would drift back into my mind.

Inspired by that feeling—and by the retro mood of the 1970s—we created this dress.
It features a generously relaxed body width, sleeves that flare boldly outward, and sturdy cuffs reminiscent of men’s tailoring.
It is a dress that blends effortless comfort with a touch of modern sophistication.

Long ago, it is said that when Emperor Juntoku was exiled from Kyoto to Sado, he looked upon this flower and murmured,
“Perhaps this will make me forget the capital…” Thus, the flower came to be known as Miyako-wasure—“Forget-me-not of the Capital.”
